Founded in 2024, Dewfall Development is an Atlanta-based real estate development and investment firm focused on ground-up construction of multifamily and urban build-to-rent communities across the southeast.

Dewfall is led by Matt Smith, a 22-year veteran of the real estate industry. Matt’s multifamily development experience includes all product types- mixed-use, high-rise, wrap and garden in Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh, Charleston, Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville.
